|  | |  | |  | |  | The hirer will be responsible for the property and will take care of it during the hire period. The hirer will keep the property clean and tidy and reimburse the cost of any damage or breakages. At the end of the hire period the property should be left as you would expect to find it. To avoid confusion a separate sheet is attached detailing what is expected of the hirer at the end of the hire period.
The hirer will pay a deposit of £200 with the final payment. This is a breakage and cleaning deposit and will be refunded 14 days after the end of the hire period. If, in the opinion of our agents, the property has not been cleaned to the required standard, a retention of £30 will be made to cover cleaning. If you would prefer our agents to organise cleaning at the end of your stay, £30 will be deducted from the deposit.
All gas, electricity and water costs are included within the rental price. There is an extra charge for heating based on meter readings. We provide bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels and tea towels but please bring your own towels to use poolside.
We accept no responsibility for injury loss and damage to hirers during the period of rental and would advise that suitable Travel Insurance should be taken out.
Under no circumstances should the prescribed number of persons be exceeded and pets are not allowed.
